区域标准配置：控制电源柜，CPU317-2PN/DP控制系统，区域触摸屏，区域内手动站、返修站触摸屏，ET200eco从站，辊道SEW变频器和阀岛。

自动站标准配置：控制电源柜，CPU315-2PN/DP控制系统，辊道，按键式HMI，ET200eco从站，阀岛从站，RFID读写单元。根据工艺增加相应例如S120伺服控制系统、视频控制系统、泄露测试系统、机器人控制系统等功能 。

      手动站配置：触摸屏，手动按钮盒，辊道，ET200eco，RFID。如果有扫描枪的侧需要增加相应的ET200S控制箱和ET200S串口模块，如果有拧紧枪侧需要增加套筒选择器等配置。

      系统按区域以及功能分MES系统、区域控制系统、自动站控制系统、手动站控制系统、辊道控制系统和返修控制系统。

      Standard configuration of automatic station: control power cabinet, CPU315-2PN/DP control system, roller, button HMI, ET200eco slave station, valve island slave station, RFID reading and writing unit. According to the process, corresponding functions such as S120 servo control system, video control system, leakage test system, robot control system and other functions are added.

      Manual station configuration:  touch screen, manual button box, roller, ET200eco, RFID. If there is a scanning gun, the corresponding ET200S control box and ET200S serial port module need to be added, and if the side of the gun is tightened, the slide selector and other configurations need to be added.

      The system is divided into MES system, area control system, automatic station control system, manual station control system, roller control system and repair control system by region and function.
