自动测量系统由SICK OD Value系列激光位移传感器、研华触控式工控机、分析解算系统组成,实现钢管管端定径前后椭圆度、直径、周长的自动测量。椭圆度精度为0.1mm,周长精度为1mm。

转动机构带动传感器顺时针旋转190度以检测钢管的整个截面,通过传感器测量值和旋转传动机构的角度值绑定,解算出在Y-Z坐标系下的坐标值。进行拟合形成钢管的轮廓,进而解算出管端的椭圆度、直径、周长。

The automatic measurement system consists of SICK OD Value series laser displacement sensors, Yanhua touch  controlled industrial computer, and analysis and calculation system to realize the automatic measurement of ellipse, diameter and circumference before and after the fixed diameter of the steel pipe end. The elliptic accuracy is 0.1mm and the circumference accuracy is 1mm.

The rotation mechanism drives the sensor to rotate 190 degrees clockwise to test the entire cross-section of the steel pipe. By binding the sensor measurement value to the angle value of the rotating transmission mechanism, the coordinate value under the Y-Z coordinate system is calculated. The contour of the steel pipe is fitted, and then the ellipticity, diameter and circumference of the end of the pipe are calculated.
